i experienced disturbing bass and music noise from the nearby nightclub until 4am i could not sleep. alexa offered advertisements instead of white noise when i requested it. the front desk gave no warning about the noise or earplugs.

The room had comprehensive, high-tech controls managed through an iPad, a really seamless experience. I found the double sinks in the large bathroom and separate walk-in shower to be especially useful, so convenient for getting ready (we were attending a show).

The only minor inconvenience I encountered involved the check-in process. It felt a bit slow, and I was not initially provided with details about certain amenities. Information regarding water availability should be shared more proactively. I learned about the cost of bottled water later.
